I've been recently applying to a lot of jobs online on the companies' websites. And ofcourse not once was I called for an Interview. Almost all the companies update the sites with the status of my application which would basically say I wasn't selected for an interview. Usually, the companies use a couple of words to describe the status like "Received" , "Processing", "Not considered" etc. However Motorola has a funny way of rejecting the applications. I've applied close to 30 positions in the last 2 months and these are the words that describe my application status:
- Filled
- Denied
- Not Selected
I mean, Dont they all mean the same? These guys take the cake on using different status message to say that I've been rejected!
