Ever wondered why Americans didnt do anything to stop the Rwandan genocide? Capitalism.. Thats why. 

Let me break it down for you. The Rwandan conflict was between the Hutus and Tutsis, the two major ethnic groups. The hutus were literally murdering the tutsis and eating them up. The problem for america? The Tootsie Rolls. if they stopped the Hutus, no one would eat the tutsi (rolls) anymore and  another company would go down! The americans didnt want more people to lose their jobs and hence did not do anything! :D
